This is not replacing the stable download yet.

If you want the safest path, use 1.3.1. If you want to test the newest systems and are comfortable refreshing/reloading after fixes, use 1.3.2.

CHATAtelier Markup

Cards, scene headers, meters, details, tooltips and inline effects.

INTERACTIVEChoices & Dice

Clickable response insertion and rollable dice without auto-sending.

SOUNDRoleplay SFX

Automatic assistant cues plus deliberate user-directed next-send sounds.

DECORHUD Skins

Code-built chat frames that layer with existing Furina Decor.

02
ATELIER MARKUP

Give standard chat a richer visual vocabulary.

Furina can render its own optional markup locally while leaving normal Clank text usable for everyone else.

Cards & scene headers

Package an important beat, scene change or piece of information into a more deliberate visual block.

Meters & details

Show progress/state information or tuck optional content inside expandable details.

?

Tooltips & inline effects

Add small explanations or visual emphasis without building an entirely new layout.

Choices & dice

Choices insert a selected response into the composer. Dice support d4, d6, d8, d10, d12, d20 and d100 with an explicit Insert result action.

INTERACTION RULENothing sends itself.

Clicking a choice or inserting a dice result only edits the current draft. Furina preserves existing composer text and waits for the user to send normally.

03
STANDARD CHAT PRESENTATION

Change how messages feel without switching layouts.

These controls apply to ordinary Clank chat. Visual Novel and Phantom remain separate interfaces.

Message skins

Choose separate assistant and user styles from Standard, Minimal, Glass, Terminal, Parchment and Manga.

Composer skins

Restyle the normal input area with Standard, Minimal, Glass or Terminal while keeping Clank and Furina controls usable.

“”
Dialogue presentation

Optionally distinguish quoted dialogue from italic actions/narration. Speaker nameplates are also optional and OFF by default.

Quote to Composer

Select text in an earlier message and use Quote to insert it as a Markdown quote. Quote and Remember Selection can coexist in the same selection action strip.

Typing indicators & entrances

New visual styles follow Clank's real generation state, while reduced-motion and history guards avoid unnecessary replay.

04
INTERFACE + ROLEPLAY SOUND

Let the conversation make noise — only when you want it to.

Interface Sounds and Roleplay Sounds are separate systems with separate controls.

INTERFACE SOUNDSFurina UI feedback

Optional global sounds for panel actions, choices, dice, Quote/Remember and other interface events. OFF by default, with Soft, Digital and Mechanical test sets.

ROLEPLAY SOUNDSStory event cues

Per-conversation SFX with assistant-event detection, category controls, cooldowns, custom trigger phrases and optional direct-audio URL overrides.

1Enable RP Sounds

Open Full Atelier → Scene → RP Sounds. The master switch is OFF by default and saved per conversation.

2Choose automatic or manual

Automatic assistant detection can listen for explicit events such as thunder, knocks, footsteps, glass, gunshots, fire or heartbeat. Turn it off for a manual-only soundboard.

3Direct your own cue

Use ♪ RP SFX above the composer to queue up to three sounds for your next real user send. No sound marker is inserted into the message sent to Clank.

4Customize when needed

Disable categories, add custom trigger phrases or replace a built-in cue with a direct audio URL. Failed custom playback falls back to Furina's built-in cue.

History stays quiet.

Roleplay SFX seed existing messages silently and listen for new assistant text, so opening an old horror conversation should not replay every door, thunderclap and gunshot in the transcript.

05
CHAT FRAME / HUD SKINS

Decorate the stage, not only the bubbles.

HUD skins add a code-built frame layer around standard chat and intentionally coexist with Furina's older Edge Glow and Corner Ornaments.

Arcane

Curved sigils, magical lines and accent glow.

Cyber

Angular brackets, segmented rails and technical cuts.

Gothic

Sharper ornamental geometry and pointed framing.

>_Terminal

Technical marks, restrained dashed framing and mono flavor.

Minimal Luxe

Thin lines and quiet decorative notches.

Frame rails

Top, bottom and side framing around the chat viewport.

Composer brackets

Attach matching ornaments around the normal Clank composer.

Message ornaments

Add small style-specific markers to ordinary assistant/user messages.

Glyphs & reveal

Optional HUD glyphs plus a short assembly/reveal animation that can be replayed for previews or recording.

HUD skins follow Furina's accent.

Use frame presence, glow strength and inset to tune the effect, then combine it with Edge Glow or Corner Ornaments only if the result still leaves the chat readable.

DEVELOPER BUILD NOTES

What to check while 1.3.2 is still in preview.

The most useful feedback is about behavior, not only whether a setting exists.

Standard chat remains normal

Nothing should send automatically. Speaker nameplates and sounds remain opt-in. Existing themes should not unexpectedly enable new cosmetics.

Streaming stays sane

Dice/choices survive rerenders, message entrances do not replay across history, and RP SFX do not machine-gun during streaming updates.

Conversation state stays isolated

RP Sounds and other conversation-scoped settings should follow the correct chat without leaking into unrelated conversations.

Special layouts are unchanged

The 1.3.2 feature work targets standard chat. Visual Novel and Phantom are intentionally outside this update's feature passes.

If the preview behaves well, you can simply keep using it.

When a bug-fix build replaces the 1.3.2 ZIP, reload the unpacked extension and refresh already-open Clank tabs so the new content scripts are injected.

STABLE OR PREVIEW

Choose the build that fits you.

1.3.1 remains the stable download. 1.3.2 is for testing the newest standard-chat features while they settle.
